-There is no warranty, either expressed or implied with respect to any services provided by Stan Yockey Motorsports. All products and services and their respective parts are sold as is and with all flaws.
-The user shall assume all responsibility and risks associated with the purchase or use of any racing equipment or services supplied by Stan Yockey Motorsports and shall also determine the suitability and safety of the product for its intended use. Should any product or service prove defective, it is the buyer that assumes the entire cost of repair.
-Stan Yockey Motorsports will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury or death resulting from the use of any of our products or services from any dealer, distributor, manufacturer, or other persons. No officer, management, employee, or sales person of Stan Yockey Motorsports or other person has any authority to make any statements contrary to this agreement.
-No refunds on car deposits.
ONLINE ORDERING
-When ordering please fill in all required information correctly to assure we ship to the correct address.
-When choosing payment, if you choose to pay via credit card, please click on the purchase order payment method in the scroll box and we will call you for the credit card information to assure secure processing.
-Freight pricing may be subject to change from the subjected price. Please call to make sure pricing is correct, or we can call you to let you know of freight cost. Just leave a message in the comment box to do so.
SHIPPING POLICIES
-All items are shipped UPS Ground unless specified otherwise.
-We assure you we will get the price as low as possible to save money in shipping.
RETURN POLICIES
-Please call to get a return authorization.
-You cannot return special orders.
-Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
-No returns after 30 days from shipping date.
TERMS
-Acceptable payments include VISA, MasterCard or COD.
-Orders shipped COD are Cashiers Check or Money Order ONLY.
-There will be no Air Shipments sent COD.
