May 12th Weekend

This past weekend saw many first feature wins on the season for PMP Chassis Drivers.
-Bill Laughman was the lone-winner that picked up his second win of the season this past weekend, when he was victorious in his 270 at Trail-Way Speedway
-In his new 2012 PMP Chassis Ryan Leek found the way to victory at the Miami County Speedway.
-Delta Speedway had a near clean sweep for the PMP Chassis, Jr Sprint feature was won by Caden Sarale!
-5/8 Restricted division was won by Cole Maibes switching to the newer 2010 model PMP chassis.
-Rookie year driver Tushar Neal won the 3/4 Restricted class in his neatly schemed white and green #96T!
-Non Wing division driver Clinton Heck became victorious and did a cage dance in victory lane after the 30 lap affair.

May 5th Weekend

-Brandon Anderson won his third straight EMSA/ASCS2 Jr Sprint Main Event at the Gator Motorplex.
-Liam Ryan, in a 2012 PMP Chassis won this pasrt friday at Deming Speedway in Washington the first on the year!
-Win #4 for car #4 Tyler Stidham with a trip to victory lane past Friday Night at the Plaza Park Raceway.
-Darren Hasty was victorious at East Lincoln Speedway, picking up his first win of the season!
-Non Wing PA driver Kyle Lick went back to his winning ways this past weekend. Taking the non wing feature at Hamlin Speedway!
-Richie Keller is another first feature win of the season, with his win at Bridgeport Speedway.
-With three drivers tied for the top spot for most PMP wins of the year, Bobby Z being one of them picked up win #4 as well with a victory at 411 Motor Speedway in Mississippi!
-Chad Vanhorn won the 600 feature at Dunhill Raceway, making it his second win of the season!

April 27th Weekend

-After a couple week break, the micro sprints returned to Canyon speedway with Josh Castro dominating yet again to capture win #4!
-Nikko Pannella won the Delta Speedway season opener for the Jr Sprints!
-Jarrett Soares (Restricted) and Derek Overkamp (250) were also winners of the Delta Opener!
-Austin Sheridan found the winners circle again at Deming in the Restricted Class
-Open 600 class had Brayden Planko winning his first feature of the year, his 2nd in the division (First win coming at Night 2 of Clay Cup)
-Nicholas Wilt won his 3rd feature at East Lincoln
-Brooklyn Holland pulled off a double victory this past weekend winning in Plaza Park Raceway on Friday and again on Saturday at Lemoore! Brooklyn is teammates to front runner Tyler Stidham.
-In Pennsylvania Chad VanHorn won the open 600 feature at the well known GreenWood Valley Action Track!

-Spud Allen was victorious at the Deming Speedway in washington winning the open 600 class, the first for the pink and black machine!
-Brandon Anderson wins the Jr Sprint division at the Gator Motorplex making it win #2 on the year!
-Tyler Stidham made it three for three in the Jr Sprint class at Lemoore Raceway!
-Henry Gustavus wins the 600 division at the famed I-30 Speedway, getting on the leaderboard after having 14 wins last season.

-Jake Helsel took his first 600 restricted career win at the Deming Speedway!
-Nicholas Wilt wins his second feature of the year at East Lincoln Speedway
-Kyler Shaw made his first trip to Cora Speedway winning both heats and taking the 25 lap feature, then took off the wings and came from dead last to win the non wing feature sweeping the night at Cora!
-Toccoa, GA – April 14, 2012 - Veteran mini sprint racer and defending www.RockAuto.com USCS 600 Sprint Car Series Champion Bobby Zaiontz from Columbus, Mississippi passed 17 year-old young gun, Chris Openshaw from Bessemer, Alabama coming to the white flag and held off the talented young gun for the final two circuits to reach the www.RockAuto.com USCS victory lane at Toccoa Speedway on Saturday night. It was Zaiontz’s third win in five starts in USCS 600 competition this season. Openshaw who led the first eighteen circuits around the 5/16 D-Shaped oval crossed the finish line in the runner-up spot for the third time this season. Matt McCullough from Snellville, Georgia finished in the third position. The previous night’s feature winner at Carolina Speedway, Rick Goss from Charlotte, North Carolina finished fourth and veteran racer, Dwight Pilgrim rounded out the top five drivers. Bob Trapino from Alpharetta, Georgia lead the rest of the field in sixth place. The only female in the field, 16year-old Cassie Klenke from Greer, South Carolina followed Trapino in the seventh finishing position. Veteran Mini Sprint racer, Mike Magic from Winder, Georgia finished eighth followed by 2011 www.RockAuto.com Rookie of the Year, Sean Hosey from Clarksville, Tennessee who collected ninth place rewards. In Memory of Donnie Ray Crawford

This past weekend the racing world lost another one of the most fiercest competitors on the track and a class act guy off the track. Donnie Ray lost his life Saturday morning. Prayers go out to family, close friends, and fans. He will be missed but never forgotten. RIP 55

Brock Lemley wins the Tulsa Shootout!

The Tulsa Shootout, also known as the SuperBowl of Micro racing, took place this past weekend in Tulsa, Oklahoma. 135+ entries in each of the unrestricted 600 classes makes it a race well worth winning and especially to be the one hoisting the distinctive Golden Driller Trophy. For the 3rd year in a row a PMP Chassis driver was able to hoist the "Driller", this year being Washington driver Brock Lemley! Brock, driving the Brian Andrews, PMP Chassis Blue and Black #10L came from outside second row avoiding a mid race pile up and running the bottom to perfection on the dry slick surface. Brock didn't lead till lap 21 of the 25 lap affair and never looked back. Congratulations to Brock Lemley, Brian Andrews, and the rest of the Washington #10L crew! PMP would like to give an honorable mention and thank you for representing PMP Chassis to all the drivers that participated in the prestigue event.
